Placing your order is quick and easy at our Exceptional Store simply add any desired products to your shopping cart and once you are ready to checkout simply click the button to proceed to checkout. Once you are at checkout you will see all of our convenient payment options that are available. If you experience any problems during checkout please contact us via our live chat and someone from our team will help you complete the checkout process. Once you enter your shipping address and other necessary information. The shipping cost will be added to your order along with any applicable taxes or required fees depending on the country your order is being shipped to. For orders inside the U.S. the taxes are automatically applied by your state and will be calculate automatically according to your state's current tax rates during the checkout process. After your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation via email. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing:

Once an order has been processed, tracking number are issued within 2-3 business days please be patient as we will communicate and provide all the information regarding your order as soon as possible. Please be sure to allow 2-3 business days for your tracking information to be updated in our system. If you have not received your tracking number within 2-3 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly contact us with your Full Name and Order Number and someone from our team will respond to your correspondence within 24 hours.

Shipping Times:

Once your order has shipped estimated delivery is 7 business days for United States and 14 business days Internationally.  This is just an estimated time frame and most of our customer's orders arrive well before the estimated time frames. Please note that some shipping times may vary depending on the product or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will provide prompt communication with you throughout the whole shipping process to ensure all our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.

If for any reason there is a delay or unforeseen circumstance, we will immediately make you aware of the situation via email or text message. We will also provide a solution to any questions or concerns within 24 hours of receiving your (email or text message) correspondence.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or export duties or tariffs, as well as any back end charges incurred. When placing an order to a shipping address outside of the U.S. customers are responsible to ensure they follow all customs, import/export, duties and tariffs or any other necessary fees or back end charges your delivery may incur.   

Please note: All free gifts from our store will not fall under the standard shipping times and may take up to 14 business days to receive. All free gifts will be assigned a tracking number which will be provided to customers via email only.

We can not be responsible if a package is/are not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect shipping information. Please enter the correct shipping details when you are checking out and make sure to double check for any mistakes. If you have provide incorrect shipping information and your order has not been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at exceptionalstore.company@gmail.com so we can make any changes as soon as possible. If you have provided incorrect shipping information and your order has already been processed or shipped. Please reach out to us immediately so we can try to contact the shipping company and try to have them correct your shipping address. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, kindly e-mail us with your Full Name and Order Number at exceptionalstore.company@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please note that after 12 hours of completing check out orders are being processed and shipped. If your order was placed more than 12 hours ago we can not guarantee any changes after that time frame. But we are here to serve our customers and will do everything in our power to help our customers receive their packages.

 

Damaged Or Defective Products

We will replace products if they are defective or damaged, upon delivery we must receive proper notice via email within 48 hours. Buyers are required to provide their Full Name and Order Number with a short video & pictures of the product defects or damage. Please send all emails to exceptionalstore.company@gmail.com within 48 hours upon receiving the defective or damaged item to be eligible for replacement. Once your defective or damaged item is received and reviewed by our team. If  deemed valid we will issue a replacement for the damaged or defective item in a timely manner.

In the event you wish to return the purchased item. The item must be in new and unused condition. Also any costs related to returning the item including the return shipping fee will be the buyers responsibility. Please be sure to make an email request with your Full Name and Order Number for return items within the 30 day window. Which starts from the day your items are delivered.

Defective Or Damaged Product Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, buyers are entitled to request for a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the item. Buyers are required to provide their Full Name and Order Number with a short video and pictures of the product’s manufacturing defects or shipping damage via email to exceptionalstore.company@gmail.com. Please allow 24 hours for us to receive and review your replacement request. Someone from our team will respond to your email and help assist you with the replacement process. Once the process is completed we will make sure to provide a new replacement in a timely manner.

Cancellation Of Orders

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately to see if your order is able be canceled. In most cases items are processed and the shipping process is started after the first 12 hours of completing checkout. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours of completing check out for your order can not be accepted.

Modifications Of Orders

Buyers are allowed to make changes to their orders within 12 hours of completing their purchase. Please contact us via email with your Full Name and Order Number at exceptionalstore.company@gmail.com and someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Changes made to the orders after 12 hours of making any purchases are not guaranteed and will be at the seller’s discretion. However we are here to serve our customers and will do everything in our power to make sure our customers receive their packages.
